Charter Communications

Charter Communications is a fairly new cable provider, having only started in 1993. Since that time, it has grown to be a popular choice in cable television, even growing into a Fortune 500 company. Charter has over 17,000 employees throughout the United States and operates in more than 4,200 places throughout the country. Providing not only cable, but also telephone and Internet service, Charter continues to grow, which means its customers will have expanded choices for service. Charter also gives back to the community by participating in Cable in the Classroom, which provides free Internet and free cable connections to classrooms in its service areas.
